Home Visits

Doctor's bag

If you are too ill to attend the surgery and require a home visit please telephone 523525 if possible between 08:30 and 10:30. This will help the doctors organise their visits.

If you are able to attend the surgery, please do so as the doctors can see several patients in the surgery in the time it takes to do one visit.

Please only call the duty doctor for emergencies.

Your co-operation will be appreciated as unnecessary calls are a trial to the doctors.

You can be visited at home by a community nurse if you are referred by your GP. You should also be visited at home by a health visitor if you have recently had a baby or if you are newly registered with a GP and have a child under five years.
